Job summary

Katapult Network is seeking an entry-level Operations & Warehouse Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping in a growing organization.

You will split your time between coordinating tasks and hands-on warehouse work, gaining hands-on experience in inventory, logistics, customer service, and business operations while learning how different areas of the company collaborate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required to apply.
• Entry-level opportunities suitable for recent graduates with zero to two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational and warehouse activities to keep orders and products moving efficiently.
• Assist with receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and product movement.
• Maintain accurate inventory, order, and operational information within company systems.
• Prepare and process orders, documentation, and other operational records.
• Work directly within the warehouse to locate, organize, move, and prepare products as needed.
• Learn to safely operate applicable warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Monitor inventory levels and help research or resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, logistics, and other internal teams.
• Assist with customer requests, order updates, and product availability questions.
• Identify operational issues and help find practical solutions to keep work moving.
• Support organization, safety, and efficiency throughout warehouse and operational areas.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as you learn the business.
