Hytrol Conveyor Company is hiring a Modular Belt Conveyor Tech at our manufacturing and test facility in Jonesboro, AR. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot modular plastic belt conveyors for customer orders, including straight runs, curves, and incline/decline sections.

This role offers hands-on experience with conveyor systems from a leading OEM and a path to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of mechanical assembly or maintenance experience.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Experience with hand and power tools for precision assembly.
• Understanding of conveyor drive components (motors, gearboxes, sprockets).
• Quality-focused approach to assembly and testing.
