Job summary

Elmet Technologies in Coldwater, Michigan, is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital and technical projects from concept through production start-up. You will balance engineering requirements, project controls, and manufacturing priorities on a hands-on team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience managing capital equipment, facility, or manufacturing process projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and technical projects from concept through start-up.
• Develop scopes, requirements, equipment specs, layouts, and process flows.
• Manage schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment, services, and contractors.
• Monitor cost, quality, delivery, scope, and schedule throughout execution.
• Lead equipment installation, qualification, and transition to production.
