Job summary

Mid Star Lab Inc. is seeking a reliable, hands-on Manufacturing Lab Technician to join our team in Tonganoxie, KS. You will manufacture custom orthotic devices following established processes and specifications, and operate tools safely.

No orthotics experience required—we will train the right person. We offer a full-time daytime schedule, paid time off, benefits, on-the-job training, and a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Hands-on and mechanical aptitude preferred.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Able to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry.

Responsibilities

Manufacture custom orthotic devices following established processes and specifications.
Operate tools and manufacturing equipment safely and accurately.
Inspect work throughout production to ensure quality.
Follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate production records.
Identify and communicate errors, defects, or equipment issues.
Assist with equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Work with the manufacturing team to meet quality and production goals.
