Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering projects from planning through implementation.
• Conduct testing of materials, equipment, and products.
• Gather, document, and analyze test results.
• Support product development and process improvement initiatives.
• Create and update technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
• Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing and quality issues.
• Perform data collection and basic statistical analysis.
• Evaluate engineering processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality Control, and Operations teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Communicate findings and project updates to team members and leadership.
• Learn industry best practices, testing methods, and manufacturing technologies.
• Support additional engineering projects as assigned.
