Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with hands-on production support.
• Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings, GD&T, and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Support new product introductions, including machine setups and production readiness.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes directly on the shop floor.
• Design, modify, and improve tooling, fixtures, and processes.
• Use AutoCAD and Creo to implement design changes.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T to ensure manufacturability.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operators and technicians to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain engineering docs and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to reduce scrap and cost.
• Lead projects involving equipment and process improvements.
