Responsibilities

• Maintains and services a building or plant's mechanical equipment, control systems, power distribution systems, and HVAC systems.
• Performs preventative-predictive maintenance and routine repairs to systems and equipment.
• Conducts periodic safety and maintenance inspections to evaluate equipment for replacement and identify wear and damage.
• Uses CMMS/work order systems to track and document activities.
• Orders parts and coordinates with service providers to complete maintenance tasks.
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests and follows directions from the Maintenance Manager on minor repairs.
• Operates standard maintenance tools safely and keeps work areas clean and orderly.
• Follows safety rules and contributes to developing proper safety techniques.
