This entry-level role focuses on troubleshooting, basic welding, machine cleanup, and general shop upkeep. No extensive experience required; a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude are key.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and interest in how industrial equipment works.
• Ability to follow instructions, troubleshoot problems, and ask questions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing and CNC equipment.
• Learn to identify issues involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, lubrication, repairs, installations, and general shop upkeep.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, and repairs as you develop your skills.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
