South Bend, IN office presence is expected. You will own meaningful projects, drive Terraform and .NET Core initiatives, and collaborate across environments to ensure production-grade delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of real-world software engineering experience.
• 7 years of .NET Core experience.
• Proficient in Laravel and modern PHP ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS in production environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Wrangle .NET Core config across environments so South Bend staging mirrors production
• Tune Tailwind CSS caching to handle launch spikes on the same hardware
• Profile and refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt over time
• Build multitasking tooling to accelerate engineers' productivity
• Lead Terraform rewrites to reduce technical debt
• Prototype .NET Core concepts quickly to support go/no-go decisions
• Develop self-service tools to reduce ticket requests
• Keep Tailwind CSS CI under ten minutes for local engineers
