Job summary

InfoTree in Kentucky seeks a Thermal and Physical Properties Testing Technician Contractor to support insulation materials testing (batts, duct board, duct wrap, mineral wool, loose fill, FDM, MBI). This hands-on role is in NVLAP 17025 labs; PPE is provided and you’ll gain valuable resume-building experience. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 7–5 with some flexibility, networking opportunities across the business.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the day.
• Previous experience in an R&D or quality laboratory preferred.
• Commitment to safe work practices.
• Basic understanding of laboratory techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist testing of insulation materials and ensure data is recorded.
• Maintain organized workspace and calibrated equipment.
• Coordinate with Product Testing Leads to report status.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Support lab operations to meet turnaround time and quality targets.
