Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a full-time, first-shift Laboratory Assistant to work in a client-facing laboratory environment.

You will perform raw material evaluations, prepare buffers and other solutions, and support GMP and quality documentation as part of a collaborative team.

This role offers steady hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a pay range of $18.50–$19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma-Associate's Degree preferred.
• Must have laboratory operations experience.
• Availability to work full time, first shift, on a long-term basis.
• Strong Computer and Organizational skills.
• cGMP experience is desirable.
• Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Can balance multiple assignments and perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Can develop and drive scientific and/or business-related improvement ideas.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing laboratory environment.
• Support raw material evaluations and investigation studies through hands-on laboratory tasks.
• Prepare buffers, media, and other laboratory solutions.
• Perform general lab support activities, including BSC cleaning and bioreactor assembly.
• Complete and review laboratory documentation and logbook entries accurately and on time.
• Enter data into quality and compliance systems to support regulatory standards.
• Partner with stakeholders and managers to prioritize and coordinate laboratory support needs.
• Follow all GMP and regulatory requirements and help maintain inspection readiness at all time.
• Further develop your hands-on lab experience with training and support.
