People Working Cooperatively Inc. is seeking a Home Remodel/Repairs Generalist to perform a wide range of residential repairs, maintenance, and remodeling projects in the Cincinnati area.

You will use carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, and other trades to deliver quality, safe work for clients. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in residential construction, home remodeling, or repair.
• Experience in one or more areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC/heating, roofing, drywall, flooring, painting, or framing.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repairs, maintenance, remodeling, and improvement projects in a safe, professional, and timely manner.
• Apply knowledge in one or more areas of residential construction or skilled trades.
• Learn and perform tasks outside primary area as needed.
• Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate methods, materials, and tools.
• Meet project/time expectations while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Use, maintain, and safeguard equipment, tools, vehicles, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete accurate records of work, time, travel, and materials.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Follow safety procedures and policies.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
