This 13-week program provides hands-on experience on active heavy civil projects, with mentorship from project managers, engineers, and field professionals. You’ll assist with lookahead schedules, site photos, plans review, quantity takeoffs, and cost tracking, gaining exposure to estimating, safety, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 2 years of college or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret plans.
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and tracking the lookahead schedule.
• Visit job sites and document progress with photographs.
• Review project plans, specifications, and estimates.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs and cost tracking.
• Support documentation, RFIs, and change order processing.
• Ensure safety policies are followed.
