Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and guidance at the Welcome Station.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes.
• Be proactive, own tasks, and take responsibility without being reminded.
• Stay curious to figure out issues before asking for help.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and support sales and membership growth.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow safety procedures and operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate operational updates with team and management.
• Engage customers at the Convenience Station and manage CX for member accounts.
• Stock and organize detail centers to keep inventory accessible.
• Empty trash cans and maintain clean work areas throughout the site.
• Maintain vacuum stations and check for clogs.
• Perform general site upkeep including trash pickup and weed removal.
• Handle opening/closing duties and keep the tunnel safe and clean.
