Qualifications

6+ years in warehousing, logistics operations, or high-volume fulfillment environments.
4+ years of program or project management experience, leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
6+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent.
Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, inventory management, and logistics fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end warehousing operations including receiving, storage, fulfillment, and outbound logistics.
Engage with third-party logistics providers and internal customers daily.
Lead large-scale programs with defined scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Travel up to 40% to audit warehouses and support operational readiness throughout NALA.
Analyze data and create performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to drive business results.
