Job summary

You will collaborate with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams, applying problem-solving skills and hands-on engineering to optimize processes and equipment on the production floor roughly 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of foundry engineering, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing engineering projects within the foundry operation.
• Support production processes through hands-on engineering and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and manufacturing teams to improve performance.
• Identify and resolve process issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Analyze manufacturing data and implement process improvements.
• Assist with equipment, tooling, and process optimization initiatives.
• Work directly on the shop floor approximately 75% of the time to support daily operations and continuous improvement efforts.
