Job summary

Mansfield Service Partners in Houston, TX is seeking a Fuel Tank Technician with a Class A CDL to install, service, and transport skid tanks and related equipment at customer sites. This is a hands-on, field role requiring travel and strict adherence to safety and DOT standards.

You will perform rig-outs, maintenance, inspections, and on-site service calls, handling pumps, hoses, and fittings with a focus on safety and customer service. A HazMat Tanker endorsement is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Class A CDL with air brakes and HazMat Tanker endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience with a winch truck or trailer.
• At least 1 year mechanical experience with pumps, valves, and fittings.
• 1 year experience with fuel and lubricant pumps, nozzles, and fittings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Transport, install, and service skid tanks and related equipment at customer sites.
• Operate a 20,000-lb winch and secure equipment for transport on flatbeds.
• Perform tank rig-outs, maintenance, inspections, and field service calls.
• Inspect pumps, hoses, nozzles, fittings, and dispensers for leaks and safety.
• Complete inspections, inventory reports, and service documentation.
• Identify customer needs and communicate opportunities to the team.
• Follow DOT, CDL, SH&E, and Mansfield safety requirements.
