Live Parallel in Franklin, MA is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain our cannabis cultivation and production facility. You will keep building systems running safely and efficiently, support daily operations, and help the cultivation team succeed with hands-on maintenance.

The role involves electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical tasks, preventive maintenance, documenting activities, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2–3 years of experience maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, and structures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency using test meters and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems including electrical, HVAC, overhead doors, and other mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and validate operation after maintenance.
• Support pumps, engines, motors, conveyors, compressors, and lab equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document activities.
• Assist with facility maintenance projects as needed.
