Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily cleaning, upkeep, and sanitation of building interiors and exteriors.
• Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs and fixing leaky faucets.
• Help execute preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Receive and log work orders with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with senior staff to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain inventories of tools and supplies and restock as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards immediately.
• Provide updates on completed tasks and future maintenance needs.
