Responsibilities

• Receive and complete work orders as required by Maintenance Department.
• Perform maintenance and mechanical duties for buildings and equipment.
• Assist in reporting and tracking work orders efficiently.

Skills

Basic skill in maintenance tools

Ability to perform hands-on repairs

Initiative to learn

Understanding of OSHA safety requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
