• Hands-on design, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise switching/routing
• Strong OSI 1-3 knowledge (Physical, Data Link, Network)
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify OSI layer involvement
• Experience installing enterprise switches and routers
• Experience deploying equipment at access and distribution layers
• Capable of working independently on standard installations
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills
