Job summary
Clean Tech is seeking an Engineering Technician at our Dundee, MI facility. You will drive process optimization and work hands-on to improve safety, quality, efficiency and reliability while reducing cost.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related Engineering Field for Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (internship/co-op acceptable).
- Experience in process improvements and troubleshooting in manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with Excel for tables and trend graphs.
Responsibilities
- Maximize assigned processes through hands-on approach.
- Review production reports to reduce downtime and improve performance.
- Analyze data to identify cost and cycle time improvements.
- Coordinate maintenance and participate in preventive maintenance.
- Assist in equipment installations and facility improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support change management.
