Qualifications

• Following manufacturing instructions and learning new processes.
• Clear spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet searches).
• Strong attention to detail and team collaboration.
• Export control eligibility as required by U.S. law.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, wire harnesses, sub‑assemblies, and large systems.
• Route and secure wires and wire bundles safely.
• Assemble and install plumbing components and hoses.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, photos, notes, and verbal guidance.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work with teammates to meet production goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and quality.
