Job summary

C2 Management in Berryville, VA is seeking Hands-On Dismantlers to join our Operations team. This is a physical, production-based role involving taking apart computers, servers, and freight equipment to recover valuable materials.

You will use hand and power tools in an industrial environment, with a daytime shift and no weekends. Training is provided, and previous experience in warehouse, construction, automotive, scrap, or manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with physical work all day; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

C2 Management is hiring Hands-On Dismantlers to join our Operations team in Berryville, VA.

This is a physical, production-based role. You'll be taking apart computers, servers, and freight equipment to recover valuable materials. If you like working with tools, staying busy, and seeing real progress by the end of the day — this job is for you.

This is not bench repair or delicate IT work. This is structured, hands-on dismantling in an industrial environment.

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting
