Job summary

Qualifications

• Learn and perform basic printing, finishing, and bindery operations in a production print environment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, including print job orders and production specifications.
• Basic computer skills to operate print management systems, digital printers, and finishing interfaces.
• Attention to detail, organization, and quality control.
• Safely operate equipment and handle materials, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Must possess Texas Class C driver’s license; defensive driver course within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain standard digital bindery/finishing equipment (cutter, folder, creaser).
• Assist with operation and maintenance for high-speed production printers.
• Assist other print and bindery technicians as needed.
• Review work orders and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Identify production issues and notify supervisors.
• Deliver and retrieve materials for print/graphics as needed.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials from vehicles.
• Maintain vehicle mileage log and routine maintenance.
