Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning sessions to understand scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist team members in executing project tasks and hitting milestones.
• Prepare for and take notes at pre-job and weekly meetings.
• Provide updates on project status in weekly meetings and flag challenges.
• Assist with tracking project costs via timesheets and cost reports.
• Maintain cost reports and billing quantities.
• Organize and manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
• Keep detailed logs of daily activities and progress.
• Scan, index, and organize files for project reference.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
