Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accounting/finance or related program.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Basic familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred.
• Good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job cost accounting for active projects and ensure timely reporting.
• Support project managers and finance staff in gathering data.
• Monitor costs including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Prepare job cost reports and basic metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in data for bids and proposals.
• Learn best practices in job cost accounting and construction finance.
• Maintain organized records and files.
• Other duties as assigned.
