Qualifications
- Master's degree required with 18 graduate hours in teaching discipline
- Valid Driver's License
- Credentialing to satisfy accrediting bodies for the course
- PhD in teaching discipline is preferred
- Postsecondary teaching experience preferred
- Online teaching experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction in theory and practical applications per state standards
- Instruct courses in classroom/lab/field environments simulating industry
- Prepare course syllabi using provided templates
- Utilize current technology in classroom/lab
- Evaluate student progress and timely grading of coursework
- Maintain documentation and administrative reports
- Travel to other campuses may be required for meetings/trainings
- Support recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts
