Job summary

Adams and Associates is seeking an instructor for the Career Technical Training Center to provide industry-recognized instruction and guide students toward full-time jobs, higher education, or advanced training.

The role requires a minimum of one year teaching experience, valid state certification or licensure, and a commitment to data integrity and professional standards. Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with focus on student success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience teaching or in a related field.
• Certified, licensed, or accredited in the state where the center is located, or accredited by a professional trade organization.
• For NTC, instructor must be certified by union or trade organization, or by a national trade certifying organization.
• Previous Job Corps experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensure no manipulation of student data.
• Help center meet or exceed DOL/Company performance goals.
• Provide students with training leading to Career Technical Training completion and industry-recognized certifications, and monitor progress and placement.
• Maintain well-organized classroom environment conducive to student learning and enforce dress code/behavior standards.
• Produce quality work and assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Mentor and supervise students and model Career Success Standards.
