Job summary

Cambrex Snapdragon Boston is seeking a Chemical Process Technician for its Waltham, MA R&D center. The role supports manufacturing through material handling, cleaning, maintenance, and process support, with hourly full-time status and potential overtime.

Some evenings or weekends may be required. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or higher with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• PPE usage and safety protocols required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move drums/pallets up to 600 pounds with equipment.
• Some evenings or weekends may be required.
• Must comply with Snapdragon Chemistry ethical and cultural standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle hazardous materials (flammable, toxic, corrosive) in lab and warehouse.
• Stage, weigh, sample, and transfer materials (up to 200 L drums).
• Maintain spaces and equipment; clean reactors and rooms.
• Follow SOPs and Good Documentation Practices for cGMP activities.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety protocols at all times.
