Job summary

CocuSocial is seeking experienced chef instructors to teach live, in-person recreational cooking, baking, and pastry classes at partner venues across the US. This is a part-time contract role with flexible scheduling.

As an instructor, you will lead and organize each class, select recipes, purchase ingredients, set up, and guide participants through step-by-step techniques in a hands-on learning environment. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience teaching recreational cooking classes.
• ServSafe certification or relevant food handler's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Passion for sharing cooking knowledge in a hands-on setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the entire class, including purchasing ingredients, setting up, and teaching each dish step-by-step.
• Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences for participants.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the class and at wrap-up.
