Truenorth Executive Search, Inc. is seeking an operationally focused Chief Financial Officer for our growing industrial and construction services client in the Washington, DC area.

The role requires hands-on leadership, POC and WIP management, and building robust accounting and FP&A processes to support strategic growth. You will lead ERP/CRM system selections, develop KPI dashboards, and partner with the executive team and board to scale the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial project accounting and multi-geography environments.
• Proven track record building FP&A functions with KPI dashboards.
• Private equity-backed or growth-focused finance leadership preferred.

• Oversee POC and WIP, ensuring accurate project costing.
