Job summary

Lohman Helicopter LLC seeks a hands-on CEO/CFO to lead all accounting and financial operations, align strategy, and oversee operations. This dual executive role requires an unifying leader who can manage GAAP-based reporting, budgeting, and risk while remaining connected to field activities.

Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, KPIs, project costing across aviation and government contracts, and guiding strategic planning. In-person leadership with relocation flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 7+ years progressively responsible accounting or financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Experience managing accounting personnel and establishing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial functions including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, fixed assets, cash management, and reporting.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and cash-flow analysis to ownership.
• Establish KPIs and maintain project/job-cost reporting across aviation, firefighting, government contracting, and other activities.
• Collaborate with operations to improve budgeting, cost control, and utilization reporting.
• Oversee contracts review and private, federal, and state contracting support.
• Lead and develop the accounting and administrative team.
