Job summary

The Kidz Club PPEC in Louisville, KY seeks compassionate team members to provide hands-on daily care and support to medically complex children. You will help with activities of daily living, encourage independence, and support developmentally appropriate activities within a multidisciplinary team under nursing supervision.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN roles with no nights and no major holidays; the center is always closed on Sundays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with children and families.
• Ability to engage with children, not just supervise.
• Basic computer use and electronic charting familiarity.
• Childcare or healthcare experience preferred.
• TB test (PPD) current required.
• CPR/BLS certification current required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily care and support to children with medical complexities.
• Help kids with activities of daily living and independence.
• Support developmentally appropriate activities and schedules.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team under nursing supervision.
