Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Interest in hands-on work with desire to learn and grow.
• Valid driver's license; NC Safety Inspection and Emissions licenses preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn software applications.

Responsibilities

• Test drives every vehicle before service to verify customer concerns.
• Inspects engine and mechanical/electrical components and records findings for repairs.
• Recommends thorough repairs to ensure long-lasting customer satisfaction.
• Performs oil changes, tire services, and state inspections as situations dictate.
• Replaces parts with high-quality components to support a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.
• Confirms repairs with a thorough test drive on a manager-approved route.
