Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is hiring a Helper to support our Certified Assembly Technicians. You will open, un-pack, and organize at least 8 items per hour, including bikes and grills, while maintaining professional conduct and communication with the team.

Position requires reliable transportation, ability to travel locally, and daily attendance. Compensation is $15.00/hour, or the higher of that rate or the home-state minimum wage, with room for growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with assemblers, schedulers and Team Leaders.
• Be dependable and accountable for daily attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist trained Technicians by opening, un-packaging and organizing items.
• Maintain a minimum throughput of 8 items per hour for the Assembler Technician.
• Attend to scheduling and store personnel as required.
