Express Employment Professionals in Paris, IL is seeking an Assembly Associate to join a manufacturing team. You will assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards, using basic hand tools, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace on a consistent weekday schedule.

The role requires physical tasks, the ability to stand for long periods, and reliability. Some Fridays and Saturdays may be needed, with weekly pay and benefits as described in the posting.

Assembly Associate
Location:Paris, IL
Pay:$15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Some Fridays: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Some Saturdays: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM

Job Overview:
We are hiring dependable Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Paris, IL. In this position, you will assemble products and components while following work instructions and quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and a consistent weekday schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to instructions
• Use basic hand tools and equipment
• Inspect completed products for quality
• Move materials and finished products as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all workplace safety procedures
• Complete other production duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Previous assembly experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to work occasional Fridays and Saturdays as needed
