Job summary

Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time General Laborer for a local manufacturing company in Missouri. This temp-to-hire role offers hands-on production work, assisting with assembly, materials handling, and teamwork to meet daily goals.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with overtime and Saturdays as needed; overtime shifts may run 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Ongoing safety and quality procedures are required, with opportunities for advancement through

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production and assembly tasks.
• Support machine operators with materials and setup.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform basic quality inspections.
• Complete production logs when required.
