Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Windsor, CT is seeking a warehouse associate to move packages, documents, dangerous goods, and supply materials safely and efficiently using scan/load methods. This is a non-driving position on public roadways.

The role requires physical fitness: lifting up to 50 lbs, walking and standing for long periods, bending, squatting, and working in all weather conditions. Training is provided, and the posted shift is Mon–Fri, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level and ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with equipment/assistance.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Able to bend and squat for designated work hours.
• Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level.
• Ability to maneuver packages in enclosed spaces and stack packages above head height if required.
• Able to work in all weather conditions if required at the work location.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders if required at the work location.
• Able to complete all basic and re-currency training.
• The ability to communicate timely and effectively in a noisy operations environment is required.

Pay Range: $19.47-$25.58

The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location or locations. Pay Transparency:

Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage and participate in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) on their date of hire. Part-time employees who have completed 91 days of employment and worked an average of at least 17 hours per week are also eligible for these benefits. Employees may receive up to $5,250 per calendar year in educational assistance for tuition and other approved education expenses after completing 90 continuous days of employment.
