Job summary

Gina Group seeks a Designer / Product Development professional to lead seasonal handbag and small leather goods concepts through production. You will collaborate with the Design Director and cross-functional teams to craft innovative, commercially viable products.

The role requires strong design and technical skills, color/material understanding, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; PLM experience is a plus. Expect fast-paced project management across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of handbag, backpack, and/or small leather goods design and product development experience.
• Experience designing handbags and related accessories.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal handbag, backpack, and small leather goods collections from concept through production.
• Research trends and material/production techniques; create colorways and material stories.
• Prepare tech packs and coordinate with overseas factories to meet milestones.
