The role offers autonomy to design your schedule and a high-volume practice with an ASC and potential buy‑in.

Compensation features a salary >$400,000 with productivity bonus (DOE), plus benefits and a path to partnership typically within 24 months.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Orthopedic Hand and Upper Extremity surgery.
• Join a group of more than 20 specialists in private practice.
• Ambulatory Surgical Center with dedicated OR team; potential ASC buy‑in.
