Job summary

South Shore Health in Hingham, MA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide evaluation and treatment for patients with sports, orthopedic, and hand/upper-extremity conditions.

The role requires a BS or MS in Occupational Therapy, Massachusetts licensure, and a valid BLS certification; day shift, full-time, with typical Monday–Friday hours.

You will work within SSH Rehabilitation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Occupational Therapy from accredited school.
• Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred.
• OT - Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts.
• Maintain active Massachusetts license to practice OT.
• BLS Certification - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of patients with sports, orthopedic and hand/upper-extremity disorders.
• Provide evaluations, re-evaluations and treatments through discharge within standards.
• Direct and supervise licensed staff and rehab aides as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing in a timely manner.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety practices.
