Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient hand therapy/upper extremity services in the San Diego area, with a local travel program available. New graduates are welcome and supported by a collaborative, therapist-focused team dedicated to patient care and clinical excellence.

The OT will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy to improve daily living activities, coordinating with the rehab team, delivering manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, ADL

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid state licensure as an OT.
• Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the rehab team.
• Provide OT treatments including exercises, manual therapy, and ADL training.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies.
• Maintain documentation per regulatory standards and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
