Motion PT Group in Brooklyn’s Lefferts Gardens clinic seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist with hand therapy focus to join a collaborative, growth‑oriented team.

Offering a compensation range of $91K–$108K+ plus a sign‑on bonus up to $10K and up to $25K in student loan repayment, the role includes a robust Hand Therapy Mentorship program, ongoing education, and a path toward professional advancement within Confluent Health.

Formación

• Licensed OT (state license) or eligibility to practice.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Experience with upper-extremity therapy and hand conditions.
• Pediatric hand therapy experience a plus.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred or CHT-eligible (minimum 4,000 hours hand therapy; 3 years practice).

Responsabilidades

• Review patient history and create individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Employ exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and splinting as needed.
• Document progress and adjust plans accordingly.

Conocimientos

Licensed Occupational Therapist

CPR and first aid certification

Experience with upper-extremity care

Pediatric hand therapy experience

CHT preferred or eligible

Educación

OT degree and state licensure
