Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Palmer, AK is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary group to treat post-surgical and non-operative conditions, including hand therapy.

Compensation includes a salary range starting at $90,000 up to $115,000, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, $350 monthly student debt repayment, and relocation assistance. The clinic offers mentorship, CEU opportunities, and a strong growth pathway.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
• High Standard of Care: Stay current with OT research and apply evidence-based practice.
• Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive evaluation, plan of care, treatment and discharge.
• Relationship-Building: Maintain positive relations with centers and patients and staff.
