Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a hospital-affiliated outpatient hand therapy clinic near Atlanta, GA to hire an OT for a hands-focused caseload emphasizing hands, shoulders, and elbows, with neuro experience. You will work with an on-site senior mentor to grow toward a CHT while contributing to a collaborative team.

The role welcomes new grads and experienced OTs, offers a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, a CE stipend, and a 401(k) match as part of a strong clinical ladder and growth

Qualifications

• Must have MOT or OTD from an accredited program.
• Active or pending Georgia OT license.
• Interest or experience in hand therapy and/or neuro preferred.
• CHT a plus but not required.
• New grads and experienced OTs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Take on a hands-focused caseload (hands, shoulders, elbows) with neuro cases.
• Learn from on-site senior hand-therapy mentor to advance skills.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a small clinic.
• Maintain a steady Monday–Friday schedule; participate in clinical ladder.
