Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant certification and state licensure.
• Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support occupational therapists in executing treatment plans and set up equipment.
• Record observations and assist in data collection for plan formulation.
• Carry out therapeutic activities to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment.
• Instruct patients and families on follow-up exercises for home or other settings.
• Communicate effectively with therapists and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
