Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• State OT license (or license eligible).
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of OT research and employ evidence-based practice.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, centers, and patients.
• Collaborate with the referring physician to establish goals and plan frequency/duration of therapy.
