Toi Health is looking for a full-time Hand Therapist (Occupational or Physical Therapist) to join our therapy team in Gainesville, Florida. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity and hand conditions while working closely with physicians to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Administer medically prescribed therapy treatments and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and staff regarding treatment plans, therapy goals, and injury prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
