Job summary

AOIA in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Hand physician for a private practice in state-of-the-art surgical facilities, with onsite support including physical therapy, imaging, and patient education resources.

This opportunity offers 3 clinic days and 2 block OR days, with potential for more OR time. Build a practice to your preference in hand, shoulder/elbow, or microvascular work, supported by a dedicated team and a path to partnership.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible orthopedic surgeon with hand specialization.
• Fellowship training in hand surgery preferred.
• Experience in private practice or academic collaboration is a plus.

Located in the heart of Tucson, Arizona sits this 30+ surgeon, multi-specialty orthopedics practice seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Hand physician. Collaborate in this private practice within state of the art surgical facilities, research centers, and outpatient clinics with onsite support including Physical Therapy, imaging, and patient education resources.

Plastics and Orthopedic Surgery trained physicians encouraged to apply. Onsite mentorship for 2026/2027 fellows.
